MONTH-OF

The Month-Of Coordination package is perfect for the DIY couple who wants plan their wedding but needs professional help to tie it all together. If you plan to handle the details and vendor bookings but need an expert to ensure nothing is overlooked, this package is for you. In the final weeks, our planner steps in to manage the timeline, vendors, and day-of logistics so you can relax and fully enjoy your special day.

Your Month-of Coordination journey begins with an initial meeting where you’ll collaborate with your planner to discuss and secure the required vendors, such as catering and music. While our planners manage these key elements, you’ll independently book additional vendors and design your wedding.
Eight weeks before your wedding, your planner will reach out to schedule a final planning meeting. During this session, you’ll work together to create a detailed timeline, finalize the layout, and confirm all vendor arrangements.
On your wedding day, your planner will take the reins, managing the timeline, communicating with vendors, and overseeing the event flow. From setup to the last dance, they’ll handle the details, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Your planner will provide guidance and custom quotes for vendors, assisting with booking required and additional vendors as needed. As part of the Partial Planning package, you’ll have access to up to four in-person meetings, including a design session to bring your vision to life. Together, you’ll create a cohesive look and feel for your wedding, finalize vendor arrangements, and address any planning challenges along the way. Your planner will also help track budgets and ensure all elements are aligned, giving you confidence as the big day approaches.
